We are a visual & performing arts club at Palisades Charter High School. We support all forms of the arts whether it be music, dance, painting, film, etc... Although primarily interest based we are also a service based club. We meet twice a month on Thursdays in U111.

Hi, my name is Rose Sutton and I am a junior at Palisades Charter High School. Outside of school, I enjoy dance, film editing, + making short films. Throughout my life, I have always shared a deep passion and love for both music and visual storytelling.
I have been editing on the software Final Cut Pro for 2 years and have just recently begun making my own dance choreographies.
I am currently a part of this years Pali Production class and I am taking dance outside of school as well as piano lessons.
Recently I went to a two week film program where I learned a lot about the filmmaking process.
This year I am going to be creating a music video that will be my main submission entry for my creative college portfolio.

Hello! My name is Sara Skye Kazemini and I am currently a junior at Palisades Charter High School. I am actively involved in the arts at school as well as outside of school. I have danced for 7 years, and competitively for 4 years. I was in the production "The Producers" and am in Theater Ensemble. I've also contributed to other musical/theater productions at the playground and Lee Strasberg. I work on dance choreography and have helped to create both group and solo pieces. I'm also fond of visual arts and so is my mom. We are working on an online art gallery that will showcase our paintings and sketches. I have been in choir for 5 years, and I am looking forward to starting it again at Pali high. I've also taken piano lessons since I was 5. I am looking forward to learning guitar, and uploading videos of my covers/songs.
Hi, my name is Elizabeth Rivera and I am a senior at Palisades Charter High School. My main hobbies/interests include fashion, photography, and dance. During freshman year I took fashion class at SMC where I created a collection of my own fashion designs. After that, I became interested in photography. I am planning on taking a photography class senior year and hope to do so in the summer as well. Another one of my hobbies, ballet dancing, is something I have been practicing since I was 10 years old.

Hi, my name is Ariel Tan and I'm a singer-songwriter. My biggest passions are making music, advocating for social issues, and traveling. I'm a singer in women's choir at Pali and I'm a teen journalist for Global Girl Media. I film, interview celebrities, attend events, and write for Global Girl Media's blog. I wrote a book review for My Life on the Road by Gloria Steinem and recently wrote about my experience at the 2018 Women's March. I also worked with GCE-US on a revised version of my women's march article. In March 2017, I received a fellowship for ThisGEN's Youth Summit Against Gender Based Violence in Washinhton, DC. For a week, I attended workshops, marched in a protest, advocated for sexual assault victims, and more.
Currently, I’m working on new songs for my upcoming debut EP and performing my original songs. I just released a single on SoundCloud called Beauty at its Finest and I’m planning on releasing the final version on other platforms. Also I'm editing a music video featuring my original song dedicated to the gun violence victims in wake of the Parkland school shooting. This is in collaboration with Global Girl Media and the footage is from the March for Our Lives.

Last summer, I took music classes at SMC and I'm planning on taking an SMC photography and history class this summer. Also I'm auditioning to be in Pali's concert choir for my senior year.
